How can I reach my escrow officer? – First American Transactions - Dev SSO

The way to reach your escrow officer depends on your role in the transaction:

Sellers/Buyers/Borrowers/Real Estate Brokers/Agents/Transaction Coordinators

While your escrow officer will initially request you to register for FirstAm IgniteRE Transactions via email, all other communication with your escrow team will occur within the Message Center.

You will receive notifications for new messages available in your Message Center via email from DoNotReply.Transactions@firstam.com. The inbox for DoNotReply.Transactions@firstam.com isn't monitored, so please be sure to respond to any communications directly in your Message Center.

All other parties

You will need to contact your escrow officer outside the FirstAm IgniteRE application. You can do this by email and/or phone number if previously provided. You can also look up their office contact information using the Find an Office tool.
