You will receive a text or email notification (based upon your preference) that you have a message in your Message Center.
You will need to log into FirstAm IgniteRE to read the message. The email notification will come from donotreply.transactions@firstam.com.
If there's an unread message, you will see a green notification badge in your Message Center.
