You can use your camera from your device to take a picture of the document and then upload it from your device's image gallery.
Within the Documents tab, click the "Upload Documents" button. After clicking this button, a separate Upload Documents window opens for you to select the document to upload from your device.
Select Document Name for the type of document and save to complete.
