Initial eSign documents

If applicable in your area, initial eSign documents will appear as a To Do item after completing the Questionnaire. These documents are based on the file, party type, and responses to the Questionnaire. Once completed, they will appear in the Documents tab.

Secondary/Additional eSign documents

Parties will receive a notification when additional documents are sent through Messages. The documents will display as a To Do task and accompany the message sent from the Escrow team. Once completed, documents will appear in the Documents tab.
